We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive. They made it very easy to communicate with them before our arrival. The location was very convenient, just one block away from a major avenue and close to several metro stations. We were able to walk to Plaza de Mayo and other famous landmarks within this city. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the decor was excellent. We felt safe walking around the area, and it was just a short distance to the most famous book store in the world. The breakfast served at the hotel was good, and our room was comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of most BA attractions and the staff is always ready to provide directions and suggestions. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of items to choose from. the hotel is in the city center, making it easy to explore the city.
The towels provided in the rooms were a bit worn out and not very soft.

Excellent service and friendly staff. The hotel were really good too accommodate my late night arrival and stored my excess luggage during my trip. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the cleaning staff did a great job. The location was also convenient, with popular attractions within walking distance. I had a pleasant stay at Cyan Americas Towers and would recommend it for a visit to Buenos Aires.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the famous attractions and shopping areas. We were impressed with the quality of the service, including the 24-hour room service and the helpful and friendly staff. The room itself was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the pool area, which was a great place to relax and unwind. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.
